FindMail makes its archive available to the public free of charge,
``as is'';.  FindMail does its best to maintain its service, but
cannot be responsible for any inaccuracies, inadequacies, defects, or
errors that may be discovered in it or for any consequences, financial
or otherwise, that might arise from said errors.  FindMail makes no
guarentees as to the completeness of its archive or to the accuracy of
the information.  Moreover, FindMail does not guarantee that any of
the services or functions performed by it will continue uninterrupted
or that any errors found in its site or system will be corrected.

FindMail's archival process is automated.  Because it is generated by
means of its computerized technology, it cannot screen the messages in
its archive for content. The messages found in FindMail's archive are
developed by mailing list users over whom FindMail exercises no
influence or control.  For these reasons, FindMail cannot be
responsible for the messages of the archive that it stores or for the
applicability or suitability of this content for any purposes, whether
this content be textual, graphical, audio or visual. FindMail cannot
guarantee that any information contained in the archive that it stores
will be free of viruses or anything else destructive to the user's
system or that this information will not contain any adult-oriented
material or any other content that may be considered inappropriate or
objectionable.  FindMail also will not be responsible for the use or
misuse of any information contained in its archive or any legal
consequences that may arise therefrom.  Any responsibility or
liability for this information and the use or misuse thereof lies
solely with the user.

FindMail makes no guarantees regarding the addition or deletion of the
information in its archive. FindMail archives the mailing lists and
messages that it finds or are submitted to it with the assumption that
these mailing lists and messages are meant to be publicly
accessible.  If FindMail archives a mailing list or message that is
not meant to be available to the public, FindMail will do its best to
remove any messages, descriptions, and links to that mailing list at
the publisher or mailing list operator's request.

Although FindMail tries to archive every mailing list submitted to
it as soon as it can, it does not guarantee that any mailing list will
be included in its archive, or that any addition to its archive be
processed within any given amount of time. FindMail also reserves the
right not to archive a mailing list or message if it determines by
means of human or automated review that this message or mailing list
has been created with the intention of taking advantage of the
FindMail service by means of its content or design, i.e. if its
contents or their deployment can be construed as meant to manipulate
FindMail's archival service to the advantage of the message's or
mailing list's publisher, operator, or owner.
