Bagchi, J. Walrand and G.Zobrist) and State-of-the-art in Performance Modeling and Simulation: Computer and Communication Networks (ed: J. Walrand, K.Bagchi, G.Zobrist). We are especially interested in receiving high-quality papers on the following topics (either describing state-of-the-art research or containing tutorial introduction/survey): -- Recent Techniques in queuing networks: negative customers, spectral analysis etc ; stochastic time process algebrae or CCS etc. --Useful simulation and analytic packages/tools --Modeling and/or simulation of internetworking, multimedia applications, multiservice architectures /WWW environments/Personal Communication Service (PCS) networks --Modeling and/or simulation of shared memory cache coherency protocols --Visualisation of performance data etc. Please send three copies of your contribution (not more than 15-20 double-spaced pages) and a diskette (IBM PC/Macintosh) to Dr.George Zobrist by October 15, 1995 at the address given below: Prof. George Zobrist, Dept. of Computer Science, 325 Math-Computer Science Building, University of Missouri-Rolla, Rolla, MO 65401-0249, USA.
